Glyco Harmony Testing & Quality: What the Seals Mean and What to Ask
Quick answerThe label says Glyco Harmony is made in an FDA-registered facility in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. Registration is not approval: the FDA does not approve supplements. A GMP seal is shown, but no certificate number, lab name or test result has been published. Lot GLY-26/GL-4017 has a CoA reference only. The GMO-free seal is marketing, not on the label.

What quality seals does Glyco Harmony show?
Glyco Harmony uses five seals in its graphics. Two of them repeat what the label says. The others describe a policy or a marketing claim.
Each seal below is described as it is, not endorsed. The notes say where each one comes from and what backs it up.

Says the maker follows the FDA's supplement manufacturing rules (21 CFR Part 111). No certificate number has been published.

The label says the product is made in an FDA-registered facility. Registration describes the factory; the FDA does not approve supplements.

The label says "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients", so some ingredients come from abroad. The countries are not published.

Refers to the 60-day refund policy on the info page. It is a purchase policy, not a promise of results.
What does GMP mean for a blood sugar supplement?
GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice. For supplements sold in the US, the rules sit in the FDA's 21 CFR Part 111.
Those rules ask makers to control their process. They must confirm ingredient identity, set specs for purity and strength, keep batch records and handle complaints.
Every supplement maker selling in the US must follow Part 111, with or without a seal. A GMP seal from a named certifier adds an outside audit. Glyco Harmony's seal names no certifier and no certificate number, so it cannot be checked.
Is an FDA-registered facility the same as FDA approval?
No. The label says Glyco Harmony was made in an FDA-registered facility. Registration means the factory has told the FDA it exists and what it makes.
The FDA does not have the authority to approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements). So Glyco Harmony is not FDA approved, and neither is any other supplement.
The label also carries the standard FDA line. It says the statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
What registration does
- The factory is on the FDA's registration list, per the label
- The FDA can inspect registered facilities
- The label uses the required FDA disclaimer
What it does not do
- Registration is not a quality grade
- The FDA does not review the formula before sale
- The factory name is not printed on the label
What does "Made in the USA" mean on Glyco Harmony?
The label reads "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients." So the drops are made in the US, but some ingredients come from other countries.
That is normal for herbal blends. Maca is native to the Andes, African mango to West Africa and gymnema to India. The label does not say where each extract was sourced.
Our ingredients page explains what each headline extract is and the dose that research used.
What backs the GMO-free seal?
Nothing public. The GMO-free seal appears in the brand's marketing graphics, but it is not printed on the label.
No test report or outside program is named. Read it as a brand claim, not a verified one.
Which lab tests can buyers ask about?
Six tests cover most quality questions for a liquid herbal blend. You can ask the order desk at +1 (925) 231-0148 whether each was run on your lot.
Have your lot number ready. Ask for the lab name, the test date and the result, not just a yes.
| Test | What it checks | Why it matters for Glyco Harmony | Published? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identity | That each herb is the plant named on the label | 22 blend ingredients, many from plant extracts | No |
| Heavy metals | Lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury | Plant roots and seeds can take up metals from soil | No |
| Microbial | Bacteria, yeast and mold counts | A water-based liquid is used again and again after opening | No |
| Hidden drugs | Prescription diabetes drugs that should not be there | A known problem in this product category | No |
| Caffeine content | Milligrams of caffeine per 1 ml serving | Guarana is third in the blend | No |
| Chromium assay | That each serving holds the 0.7 mcg printed | The only amount on the label | No |
Why does the caffeine amount matter?
Guarana seed extract is third in the 200 mg blend. Guarana contains caffeine, but the label does not say how much a dropper gives.
By label order, guarana can be at most about 66.7 mg of extract per 1 ml. That is extract weight, not caffeine, so the real caffeine is lower. The FDA says most adults can have up to 400 mg of caffeine a day (FDA, caffeine).
If you are sensitive to caffeine, count coffee and tea too. The side effects page covers signs of too much caffeine.
Why does a water-based liquid need preservatives?

The drops are made with water and glycerin. A liquid that is opened daily and touched by a dropper needs protection from mold and yeast.
The label lists sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate for that job. Citric acid adds tartness and keeps the liquid slightly acidic, which helps the preservatives work.
Stevia (Reb A) and xylitol sweeten it. Shake well before each use, close the cap tightly and store the bottle in a cool, dry place.
What quality information has not been published?
Several quality records exist only as references or not at all. We list them here so you know what can and cannot be checked today.
The full ingredient list is on the Supplement Facts page, and bottle checks are on the batch verify page.

| Lab name and test date | Not published | Would show whether testing was in-house or independent |
| GMP certificate number | Not published | Would let you check the seal with the certifier |
| Factory name and address | Not published | Label names the distributor, not the maker |
| Single blend amounts | Not published (200 mg total) | Would show how much gymnema or guarana is in a serving |
| Caffeine per serving | Not published | Would help anyone limiting caffeine |
| Ingredient countries of origin | Not published | The label says ingredients are globally sourced |

Glyco Harmony testing and quality FAQ
Is Glyco Harmony FDA approved?
No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. The label says the product is made in an FDA-registered facility, which describes the factory, not the product.
Does Glyco Harmony have a GMP certificate?
A GMP seal appears in the brand's graphics. No certificate number or certifying body has been published, so the seal cannot be checked from public records.
Has Glyco Harmony been tested by a third-party lab?
No third-party lab report has been published. Lot GLY-26/GL-4017 carries a certificate of analysis reference, GLY-4017-26-GL, but the certificate itself is not public.
Is Glyco Harmony GMO free?
A GMO-free seal appears in the brand's marketing graphics. It is not printed on the label, and no test report backs it up publicly.
How much caffeine is in Glyco Harmony?
The label does not say. Guarana seed extract is third in the 200 mg blend, and guarana contains caffeine, so the amount per dropper is unknown.
Why does Glyco Harmony contain sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate?
They are common preservatives. Glyco Harmony is a water and glycerin liquid, and preservatives help limit mold and yeast after the bottle is opened.
Where is Glyco Harmony made?
The label says it is made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. The factory name and the countries of origin for the ingredients are not published.
