Glyco Harmony Gummies, Pills, Capsules or Patch? Only One Form Is on the Label

It is drops. The label shows a 60 ml dropper bottle, a 1 ml serving and directions that talk about droppers, not about pills. The packs are 2, 4 and 8 of the same bottle.

That answer sounds obvious, and yet searches for the other forms are common. "Glyco Harmony capsules", "Glyco Harmony gummies" and "Glyco Harmony pills" all show up as search phrases. The gap between what people search and what exists is the reason this post is worth reading.

If a bottle in your hands says capsules, a count of pills or a gummy shape, our batch check page lists it as a warning sign.

The brand's sales page has a line saying to take 2 capsules a day. The product is a liquid, so the line does not fit. It looks like text carried over from a capsule product.

We spotted the clash because we read the label first. When a sales page and a label disagree, the label is the printed fact. That is the rule we follow on every page of this site.

The same slip can travel. A review site that copies the sales page may repeat capsules, and a search listing may repeat the review. Each copy looks more official than the last.

We found none. The label, the packs and the brand's info page show no patch. A patch listed under the Glyco Harmony name should be treated as unverified.

Each 1 ml serving lists chromium, as chromium picolinate, at 0.7 mcg. It also lists a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 ingredients with no single amounts: maca, grape seed, guarana, African mango, eleuthero, astragalus, green tea, gymnema, coleus, capsicum, grapefruit, Panax ginseng, raspberry ketones, six amino acids, a licorice compound, GABA and L-carnitine.

The rest of the liquid is glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia, xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. The label notes it contains xylitol and guarana, a caffeine source.
